About Us
Catamount Fund Ltd. – A non-profit 501(c)(3).
Created in 1997, Catamount Fund, Ltd. Is a Nevada public 501(c)(3). It’s mission is promotion of the arts, scientific and medical research, fund studies for education reform, assist in developing public policy for economic development and efficiency in government, support children who are impacted by crime, and support programs to provide outdoor skills to children in the community.
Board Members
Josh Hicks, President
Josh Hicks, President of Catamount Fund, Ltd. also leads McDonald Carano Law Firm’s Government Affairs & Advocacy Group.
He represents clients before the Nevada Legislature, local governments and state government agencies, and advises on all aspects of Nevada campaign finance and election law, including ballot initiatives.
Josh is also a member of the Firm’s Tax Law Group and provides counsel on local jurisdiction tax matters ranging from tax planning to litigated tax controversies.
Kristy Hawke, Vice President
In her role as Catamount Fund’s vice president, Kristy Hawke oversees daily operations, attends relevant events and conferences and acts as liaison between our president and various officials, representatives, scholars and independent contractors.
Kristy also manages Catamount Fund-sponsored engagements and public and private events.
She began serving as associate to John La Gatta, Catamount Founder and Past President, in 1997.
